Sip Studios – Terms & Conditions
1. General Terms (apply to all services)
- All bookings require a signed agreement and 50% deposit to secure dates.
- Balance due on or before delivery of final product or completion of rental/event.
- Quotations are valid for 30 days.
- Overtime, additional services, or scope changes will be billed separately.
- Sip Studios is not responsible for loss, theft, or personal injury sustained on premises.
2. Studio & Venue Rentals
- Rental includes access only to the spaces and times specified in the booking.
- Setup and breakdown must be included in rental time. Overtime is billed hourly.
- Basic cleaning is included; excessive mess or damage will result in additional charges.
- Smoking, open flames, and hazardous materials are prohibited unless approved in writing.
- All productions require a Certificate of Insurance (COI) naming Sip Studios as additionally insured, with coverage limits subject to approval.
- Outside catering is permitted with prior approval. Alcohol may only be served with proper permits.
3. Equipment Rentals
- All rented gear must be returned in the same condition as issued.
- The client is responsible for loss, theft, or damage; repair or replacement costs will be billed.
- Equipment must not be altered or modified without written consent.
- Late returns are subject to additional fees.
4. Event Hosting
- Event times must include setup and breakdown. Overtime billed at prevailing rate.
- The client is responsible for conduct of all attendees, vendors, and performers.
- Outside vendors (catering, security, etc.) must provide proof of insurance upon request.
- Maximum occupancy limits must be respected.
- All necessary permits, licenses, and security arrangements are the client’s responsibility unless otherwise agreed in writing.
5. Production Services
- Production schedules and deliverables will be outlined in the Statement of Work or quotation.
- Two rounds of revisions are included unless otherwise specified; additional edits billed separately.
- Client must provide timely feedback to avoid delays.
- All productions require a COI covering crew, equipment, and location liability.
- Sip Studios retains the right to document behind-the-scenes content for internal/promotional use unless otherwise agreed.
6. Post-Production Services
- Final deliverables include formats agreed upon in quotation.
- Up to two rounds of revisions included; further revisions billed at hourly rates.
- Client is responsible for securing rights/clearances to all provided materials.
- Sip Studios is not liable for delays caused by late delivery of client assets.
7. Memberships & Access Programs
- Memberships are non-transferable and non-refundable.
- Access hours and included services are outlined in each membership tier.
- Misuse of space or repeated policy violations may result in suspension or termination without refund.
- Members must comply with all general studio policies, safety rules, and occupancy limits.
8. Liability & Insurance
- Client assumes full responsibility for all persons present during use of Sip Studios’ facilities or services.
- Sip Studios is not liable for personal property, injury, or damages sustained.
- All productions and large-scale events require a Certificate of Insurance (COI).
- COI must name Sip Studios as additionally insured and meet coverage limits specified by Sip Studios.
9. Intellectual Property
- For client productions, all rights remain with the client upon full payment.
- For Sip Studios productions/IP, rights are retained unless otherwise licensed or contracted.
- Sip Studios reserves the right to showcase completed work in portfolios and promotional reels unless agreed otherwise in writing.
10. Acceptance
By booking, renting, commissioning, or becoming a member of Sip Studios, the client acknowledges and agrees to these Terms & Conditions.
